What is your opinion about SIFMA's Recommended Standardized CDO Data File Format.It would be much cheaper and faster if cdo manager report in an industry wide XML standard as proposed by SIFMA.

In Amsterdam is a big flower import/wholesale market. That are simple auction where buyers load the flowers in their trucks and drive home lateron. Very simple. I am not sure how to attract a farmer in Keynia and a retailer in the Netherlands to sign up for future contracts.
