Gray landscape teems with drops
in the rivers dense, shiny as lead,
night rounds up into empty barns
black clouds, herds of buffalo.
Across the pit steeped in dusk
moth creeps by the sough of grey clouds,
through sewn in the fallows silence
day by birch trees goes down the field.

his put them about 0.005159 light years, or about 3.4 years away at the time the second silhouette was captured. Meaning they should be getting here pretty soon.
So we have time to prepare a welcome (home?) party, do they like Champagne?

Across the pit steeped in dusk
moth creeps by the sough of grey clouds,
through sewn in the fallows silence

    Turning and turning in the widening gyre
    The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
    Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
    Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
    The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
    The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
    The best lack all conviction, while the worst
    Are full of passionate intensity.

    Surely some revelation is at hand;
    Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
    The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
    When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
    Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
    A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
    A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
    Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
    Wind shadows of the indignant desert birds.

    The darkness drops again but now I know
    That twenty centuries of stony sleep
    Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
    And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
    Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

Sorry, the only Yeats I know is "but I, being poor, have only my dreams. I spread my dreams in front of your feet. Tread softly because you tread on my dreams."

Since this happened after the Tabby's star event, those Tabby cat creatures must be expanding across the universe and have captured another star.

Well, this thread was started in August 2016 and so the Earth has exceeded expectations by 700% so far.

April 22 is Earth Day.  Of course, really every day is Earth Day, and Moon Day, and Sun Day, and Cosmos Day.

Even so, I am going to work on taking better care of our Mother starting this year.  If we all do a little bit (or a lot, if you have time!), it adds up.
