Curious to know what other interests people have. First, actual interests, and second the sub set of intellectual interests:ALL OTHER INTERESTS:For me it would be 1) reading good literature2) playing competitive sport, because it fouses the body, mind and soul.3) plus anything/anyone that/who sheds light on things, any sort of insights. PURELY INTELLECTUAL INTERESTS:Leaving literature as just a past time, I would say:1) mostly scientific issues, whether or not mathematical in nature. So a lot of biology, with so many open and interesting questions still, and most other sciences.In finance, it's the actual practise of it that is fun: I suspect if I ever retired the last thing I would do want to do is quantitative finance.
