Could you eat lab grown meat? I understand it also doesn't extend to the situation when a calf is being taken away from the cow and killed so that you can drink their milk (as long as you don't eat the calf). But you could eat a starfish (if it's not poisonous).

I am not a big meat eater. But I do like Irish antibiotic-free T-bone steak every now and again.
I'm big on spaghetti, salad, vegetables and Dublin Guinness once a year. I should have been born in Italy, the only place in Europe (besides Portugal) where you can (still) get real coffee and where people live to eat.
