anyone had any dealings with these guys ? If so, what was your impression ?

I like them -- we use them a lot when we look for quants. They are on top of my list-Vladimir

Not bad...they seem well connected. Only problem I noticed is that they tend to "pigeon hole" and see a candidate only as a quant type or a trader type, etc., not as much focused on using all their skills.

i agree with the doctor - pigeon holey, but do seem to know their way around the street. i'd guess they are better for employers than job seekers.

QuadratureI know three people who got jobs just out of the CMU MSCF program through theOptions Group last year. I spoke to them myself but I was just looking for an internship at thetime.
