At least this particular rich man made his money the hard way, not just inheriting it from daddy. Who made his money from blatantly racist real estate practices, and being really cosy with some wise guys. Mike is too old, too white, too Jewish, too short, too rich, and too paternalistic. And, probably viewed as too much of a New Yorker, although some of us New Yorkers will flag him as a puritan New Englander. But he is probably a better candidate than the rest of the Democrat field (I'm not fully convinced, but leaning in that direction), and he is in an entirely different league than Trump.

@ISayMoo,
Personally, I don't care about the candidates race, religion, sex, sex life, or wealth but, hey -- that's just me.

Haha. Also, pre-Trump, the richest US president (correctly counting) was … drum roll … George Washington, whom most people over here like(d).

You liken the high-income minority to racial, religious or sexual-orientation ones? That's just you indeed.

Correctamundo -- I don't even care if the candidate is an old white guy.

If I was an old white guy I wouldn't either.

Hey -- I'm younger than at least 3 candidates!

And speaking for us old white guys, I think we're underrated. Of course, Trump contributed massively to this view.

How can you say that you feel underrated? I could have spent my weekend with some young Hylgefellas, but I chose to be here with you - old white men, chatting about Trump and Jeremy Corbyn.

The concept of "some young Hylgefellas" would be massively confusing to those in the target group. But, as Bartles and Jaymes used to say, "thank you for your support!"

The problem with very rich people is that they never seem to have cash in hand not know how credit cards work

This is the level of insanity we have to deal with in US politics: God chose Trump. For all the stupidity you have to put up with in the Johnson/Corbyn/Farage threesome, you have it relatively easy. Of course, you do have a royal family, but that's still mostly harmless.
