transaction cost and slippage assumption in back testing

It is important not to overlook the transaction costs, especially for high-frequency trading. Anything between 15 - 50 bps is a reasonable estimate.

Virtual stock exchange for automated trades?

Strategyard has been upgraded to version 1.1. We now support all major international stock exchanges in our virtual trading platform. We have also made API simpler. Hopefully, this will make forward-testing automated strategy much easier for everyone.
