Re: Question About Bermuda Call Option on a Futures Contract

I'm with bearish.
I wouldn't expect the notional to decrease is this way - it appears to be a very odd way to structure an option.
However, the term sheet should confirm.

Re: Brexit - the last 50 days

It would be amusing if, after all this and a few more shenanigans, the U.K. ends up in a Norway style arrangement with the EU. That would retain freedom of movement and the country would be required to adopt all EU laws and standards, be subject to ECJ oversight, and have no say in matters. But ent...

Re: Vatican News

The headlines make it appear as though it was a past problem.
However, the reports state that it is an on-going problem.

Not the best of games from an entertainment standpoint but an absolute defensive masterclass by Belichick and the Pats.

Re: Stupid question of the day

It's almost as if people are proud of not having been divorced. People are strange.
I'm emotionally bereft, so neither proud nor ashamed. Just stating a fact.

Re: Stupid question of the day

From what I have seen of others (I don't have personal experience), rings stop being worn when the couple decide they no longer want to be together. That could be a long time before the divorce is confirmed. The divorce is really just the legal bit. As with what to do with it...I'm with Bearish, sel...

Re: All about Cats

So you end up eating mint choc chip ice cream all the time. I could live with that.
Not quite. One day I end up eating nothing but brushing my teeth 12 times. The next day I eat 3 kilos of Dairy Milk. I haven't found the right balance yet.

Re: All about Cats

What do you do when you'd love to eat something, but you cannot?
Brush my teeth...then even if I did eat what I craved all it would do is taste of mint.

My panem opus magnum is reproducible! An amazing thing about sourdough bread is that it stays fresh and tastes great even after a few days.
I used to make a lot of sourdough bread. My starter has been alive and well for over 12 years.
Now I only use it for pizza dough however.

Re: World Cup (Soccer) 2018

For the 20 minutes or so Colombia tried to play football (last 5 mins injury time and 1st half of extra time) they actually looked quite a threat.

Shame they spent the other 100 minutes trying to cheat their way through, as it could have been a good game.

I have no affiliation or have any experience using the system but a quick google search threw this up -

I don't expect it is free though.

Re: Paced Transition Plan, discuss....

Step 4 seems to be just a transitional phase for acceptance of the new rate to take hold. I don't think the intent is for this choice to be a long term solution.
