<t>I have received the contract- stipulated to the hiring manager (M.S.), that I wouldn't accept the position before reviewing the contract. He is currently double checking the legality/extent of some of the provisions for me, because plainly there are a few things that didn't sit too well with me. ...

Has anyone accepted the offer? I requested to be given a copy of the employment contract that we would be signing upon the first day of employment, and am wondering if anyone else has either requested to see it or has already accepted their offer. Thanks.

I am heavily debating taking the offer. I feel very weary about signing the pre-contract and agreeing to work for them without having seen the actual employment contract. Has anyone asked about the actual contract? And what responses have they given you?

<t>I did ask about 401K- available after 1 year. And full health benefits are after 30 days. They mentioned both the 13month non-competee & a 5 year contract, but since FedEx can't get my address right I have not gotten the letter yet to know the specifics. What they didn't say in the interview w...

<t>No doubt this is a brutal market to land the right opportunity. I'm trying to get some decent info about GH (which is somewhat difficult) while I weight some other options- including trading domestic securities for another NY based trading firm. 1st year salary w/ GH is pretty low, even for an en...

I was called over the phone 3 days after I interviewed with them and a letter was mailed at the same time. Your friend thinks it has been the right move? Or with the way this market is, what it the best available??

Thank for the intel- it's the exact same offer I just received. Apparently, they are looking for 12 candidates this round. I'm trying to dig up some scuttlebutt about them to help make my decision. Any good info you can provide?
