Franck77, can you share with us your experience with equity stat arb and why you are quitting it and joining an equity derivatives desk? Do you think the latter is more exciting, or is it because of some other reason?

I had the opposite experience... mine was all fit questions. Makes me wonder if they have a standardized set of interview schemes for everybody.
