I have applied for trader assistant roles and am getting replies back from recruiters who are saying I am to experienced for these roles for junior trader positions I am getting feedback that I need a years trading experience. So am in the middle any ideas on what is the best approach.

Anyone had an interview with these guys. What did it involve and any ideas about the test. What is your take on the company they are a prop tading firm. Does it have good training and are the skills gained at these sort of companies sufficient to get roles in banks trading desks in the future.
