What are your views on Jefferies as a firm. Im speaking generally here but any particular strengths and weaknesses? What are they like/ how are they seen in NY?

Also, this may be a trivial thing, but do get dressed as if you were doing a face to face interview and sit at a desk. Helps to put you in the same frame of ming you would be if meeting someone face to face.Good Luck!
