Are quanto options exposed to FX vol?

Since quanto options have their exchange rate fixed on the outset are they exposed FX Vol? For example a quanto call option on Microsoft pays £max(S-K,0).

C++ courses

I've done both the C++ for C programmers and Advanced C++ techniques courses offered at QA. While they were both excellent instruction, in retrospect I should have done self study instead. I paid for both myself but admittedly it might be different if someone else had payed for them.

Why take a course when for the same cost you can get stack of really good C++ books? You won't be saving time being spoon fed the same material because you'll still need a lot of time afterwards to review and practice what you've learned in a course.
