they expressed interest in my resume and I am filling up a questionnaire currently. just wonder how is their recruiting process generally? it's a quant analyst position. is the next step phone interview or on site? anyone who has interviewed with them please shed some light! thanks!

I think you are right. I have 2+ yrs of experience working on trading analytics, and looking to move into actually trading. I think the experience that the ads counting are the trading exp..I think I am still in the game. thanks..

I see all the ads on the forums say they are only recruiting junior trader for maximum two years of experience. If I have 3+ years of experience, does it mean I can't be a trader anymore?
