Which of these PhD is better for quant industry?

IMO any of these would be fine. The difference between them won't be very relevant to what job you get as a quant or how successful you are as a quant. What will matter is the hard skills you learn and your ability to navigate the quant space while maximizing your utility (soft skill).

Most big banks have them... Being quantitative helps but not necessary in every group... One well know equity strategist at big US bank had PhD in stats... But others only have MBA level background.

I am not sure if the 160k figure is 'target' or 'potential' as you put it. I know for sure that some of the students have more than 160k guaranteed (basically base + signon), but I am not sure what was used for the 'average total comp' calculation.
