I imagine that your undergraduate grades and your GMAT score would carry just as much weight (if not more) than your work experience.

Yes, although most of them were invitations given to all applicants.

I'm getting a bit worried here. My first application was made on the 3rd and my latest on the 15th. I haven't heard anything from anyone, except that my applications have been received. What gives?

Just to be clear, I haven't been rejected from any of the 21 firms. On the other hand, I have had no invitations yet for an interview. Getting a bit anxious here.

Good point (if I understood you correctly). I think I'll just wait until November and see how many interviews (if any) I get lined up. In the meantime, I'm studying like mad. Books, newspapers, etc.
