Sure, but I guess there are typical values which traders make at each. By quant trader I mean the stat-arb, or volatlity arb type. It will certainly depend on individual performance but I am interested in the industry average.

Director is american for VP in UK. Same for executive director and SVP. People use both.

Surely at that point the market will bust and market neutral hedge funds will be all the rage. Besides a hedgie with 5 years' exprience can be pretty useful for a prop desk. The market making traders/quants in IBs will be the ones facing trouble.
