If you graduated with a MS/PhD then you can use the OPT, for O1 you should talk to attorneys, I imagine it will be hard, however if a firm really wants u, they can use L1 or J1 visas.

Its job search and it sucks, you have to learn to live with it.

U want your kids to be good?, move to India or China, with all the competition they will learn to work hard and not have time to do stupid things like have sex at 16, and since they will be US citizens they can come to the US for college for pretty cheap and get good quality education.
