Thanks KackToodles. That may well be the reason for such a delay.If I let them know that I'm having interviews with other banks, could that speed up the process?

Excellent, ZedrOn.I think your result is correct.I want just to point out that there is also an analytic way to solve this puzzle:plot the average waiting time function and then integrate (calculate the area) from t=0 to t=30 and divide by 30.
