How to price liquidity for convertible bond

Hi,Having at some illiquid CBs, the bid/ask between 2 different market makers can be quite different. How does a market maker price the "illiquidity" from the theoritical price please? Thanks for your helpG.

Are investment banks paying the fees for their employees for the CFA

Hello,Normaly, are investment banks paying the fees and the studying material for the CFA? My boss seems reluctant to pay the fees and i thought it was quite standard in the industry to pay for this. Thanks in advance for your answers.G.
