I would like to familiarize myself and understand equity derivatives modelling and pricing. I'm a institutional sales trader in cash equites but would like to transform and enter the equity derivative worlds of swaps/exotics as sales trader or market maker.

Signing bonus is usually in the form of a 5 yr forgivable loan. Breakend would still be long-term at best. My guess its a kinda "land-grab" of assets for the bulge-bracket. Hubris of brokers chanting we are the "biggest".
