Thanks for the advice, now reading my podt again it feels almost silly. It's probably a very typical "office problem", the thing is i always hoped this kind of bullshit could be avoided. Now i work a very highly regarded firm and still it's fucking Dilberg territory

you do realize that the 1st round interviewing process is a game, yes? They asked you "questions" and you provide "answers". Both has to follow a certain code. Then everybody is happy.
