Tell us all the commands you did to install the package.

or install the conda manager then do this from the command line (you should add conda binary path to you PATH):
conda install -c clawpack -c conda-forge clawpack

Take any (intro) book on numerical schemes for conservative laws. You can go with Roe, HLLC or FCT and you are done.

For PDE solutions there are libraries in C++. PDE in Python or Matlab is torture. What are you saying Daniel, are you drunk? There is a toolbox in matlab called "Financial Instruments" where you have solvers for BSM, Heston, .... in MC or PDE. There is also an ADI solver for 2D PDEs in "/opt/R2014a...

Rcci flow -> heat equation was the main ingredient of Richard Hamilton "program" to advance the studies on Poincaré conjecture. Perelman completed Hamilton program to prove the conjecture.

tw, short interest only with commons. (afaik). Every short holder (through their broker) have to report their short position twice a month (increase or decrease).
