New ears for the burns unit ?

Warning : Medical article on labiaplasty.BBC article It never ceases to amaze me the things women do to their bodies. Adding bits on and taking bits off. If I arrogantly assume it is to make men happy I can think of a lot better ways of doing it than butchery.

<t>@trackstarI started doing sprint triathlons about three years ago, I did the odd olympic distance event and at the end last year I ran my first marathon. So mentally I knew I could run a marathon. The training was tedious at times, long runs, long bike rides and long swims. I split my runs in to ...

Shorting a Horse in a Race

<t>For fun I had a go with dog racing, using a simple back prop neural net and times on the sheets provided pre race. On 250m flat races I got between 2 and 4 out of 5 races correct. But odds on dogs are poor so not really worth it.With respect to shorting horses, on services like Betfair you can la...

Evaluating the results

<t>As soon as you say retail, think regulation, here it's the FSA and you need to go through the regulatory process to become a fund, say 50k. You also need to have the appropriate governance in place and the people to fill those roles. (Who can be part time, 1 day a month etc. not necessarily salar...

Evaluating the results

<r>I always feel it is impolite to ignore posts like yours but that's most likely what will happen here. So let me be a bit bold, make wild assumptions and attempt to a reply for what it's worth. No matter how good your system is, it will be difficult to benchmark unless you look at published results...
