If that's the case, you need a new life, not a new toothbrush, in the first place :-)

Paris prosecutors probe Apple over 'planned obsolescence'

Planned obsolescence is a widely criticised commercial practice in which manufacturers build in the expiry of their products so that consumers will be forced to replace them.
It is decried by consumer groups as being unethical and is suspected of being particularly prevalent in the electronics industry, which produces mountains of unrecyclable waste each year.

The ironic part is that Apple did what they did in order to extend the life of older phones. Those phones had aging batteries that could no longer supply enough power to the CPU at full load & clockspeed. Apple's software update made older phones more reliable and longer lasting.

And whatever you're having yourself. Actually, it's none of your business.

Do you feel you have to answer one behalf of T4A?

What are you two discussing? I don't know!
I saw you express the joy of your 3310 here on the forum ..and responded to that. About your 3310: is it the 90s original, or the modern one (with slightly larger buttons)?

Nothing new here, actually. Iphone technology is still trailing far behind competitors.
