I finally watched the whole series a couple of months ago. I suggested to numbersix that we should hold a conference in Portmeirion.

I'm not a conspiracy guy but if you add up the Chinese balloon that was shot down to Nene's Neunzig Neun Luftballon you get exactly 100.
And if the 2nd Chinese balloon was also to be shot, you would get a total of 101 ballons, just like One Hundred and One Dalmatians.
Just sayin...

I finally watched the whole series a couple of months ago. I suggested to numbersix that we should hold a conference in Portmeirion.
ITN sent out the whole series in the summer of 1967 on a Friday evening 8 o'clock and I didn't miss an episode. The last episode was a huge letdown.
I actually visited Buckingham Place once after a course. There was still a red mailbox on the street.
