Microsoft said its new quantum computing language, which has yet to be named, is "deeply integrated" into its Visual Basic development environment
Public Sub ExcelAddIn
LoadLibrary ("ML.qll") ' load quantum link library
End Sub
There's a 100% chance Microsoft Update will interrupt this, take 2 hours to download a buggy patch, and send the system into a cycle of reboots.100 OK. QLL Library loaded with probability 50%.

Is a refurbished computer not the Ethernet address as the old one etc.? MS software might see it as a new computer. Sounds logical and standard in the industry.Eric Lundgren, ‘e-waste’ recycling innovator, faces prison for trying to extend life span of PCs
It's a poorly written confusing article but it seems to be about refurbished computers which had previously had the M$FT operating system and M$FT objected to him putting a clean copy of the operating system on such computers without paying again
I think what MSFT objected to was his not using MSFT's official methods for restoring a legitimate copy of Windows on a restored computer. It was simply more convenient for him to make counterfeit copies of Windows so that's what he did.Is a refurbished computer not the Ethernet address as the old one etc.? What's funny/sad is that if he'd talked to MSFT's PR department when he started this, he probably could have arranged a mutually-beneficial "green" initiative whereby everyone gets to give themselves a big pat on the back for reducing e-waste.
