Spare a thought for burglars. Houses never empty, and the government bailout doesn’t apply to the self employed.

My nanny does the shopping for me. I am not allowed out.

I wanted to go to the Turkish barber last week. By the time this is over I will look like Richard Harris in Harry Potter or some movie, w/o receding hairline.

I've stopped shaving as well.
Ha! We’ll finally see your real hair colour!

A few more weeks without keratin hair straightening and I'll have a fully blown afro on my head :-( I'll post updates as it progresses. To a straight hair addict it's worse than the disease.

One morning I woke up and I was grey.

We haven't talked much about the markets, but that has been an interesting story too.

At the top of today's news:

Federal Reserve just pledged asset purchases with no limit to support markets - CNBC March 23

and they will cover this by...

Playing no limit Texas Hold 'Em at the empty casinos in Vegas?

Suggestions welcome!

Be a part of history - they just sold the largest put option ever. : D

How I hate all the people being interviewed for TV while at home...everyone is in front of their enormous bookshelves. Ok, you're smart/privileged. Got it. Get over it.

What would you have as background?

A vase of flowers and a chess set.

: D

That is enough mischievous behavior for one day.

Sad for those who have passed on and their families.

But isolation is fun - lots of rest, looking through old collections of things, and creativity.

Good thing too because now heading into stay at home mode officially - this region is starting to lock down.

Enjoy your evenings!

And the complete silence, no cars, airplanes, noisy schoolchildren.

Bliss. I can hear absolutely no traffic from my log cabin.

I can usually hear nothing, except the occasional glider overhead. (Who knew gliders were so noisy?)

But now there are children and wife fighting and screaming.

I have PW Vols 1-3 and Collector on one 'background' (5 bookshelves in total). And I threw out 300 books last week, serious.

It was great to see people on the street to thank the NHS. People standing close to their neighbours. That's so February. Muppets. How many extra deaths will be due to this PC nonsense?

Boris and Rishi showed how to do it. Standing well apart. Clapping in an off-beat, syncopated rhythm, very Stomp.
