Is everyone ok?

Check in here from time to time. Let us know if you aren't well. Not sure what we can do to help, except be unusually kind and supportive!

Things are good here.

I have started a painting for the first time in a while and enjoying the mess of paints, brushes, rags, and canvas immensely.

People around here have kids out of school and many work places are allowing, even mandating people, to work from home.

A revolution in the making.

Many of my friends in NYC are in similar situations, with pros and cons - great to be home, but how do we concentrate, what will the kids do all day?, etc.

As someone else noted, some relationships may blossom and bear fruit later this year ; ), for others, they are only a few days in and already wondering if their marriages will survive.

Kind of funny, kind of not. But good luck to them!

"Where were you when Corona went out in NYC?"
Sounds like a movie title - horror? sci fi? maybe more likely - romantic comedy?

In fact, I am looking at some movie lists now.

I have plenty of Bond movies, some Le Carre, Bourne type thrillers, and classic sci-fi horror like the Predator series, Alien, and of course the Terminators.

But I actually haven't seen many rom-coms - just As Good As It Gets (Jack Nicolson and Helen Hunt) and also The Proposal (Sandra Bullock, Betty White, Ryan Reynolds) come to mind.

Do you have any recommendations?  : D

I'm here!

And trackstar.

I don't think I personally know anyone who has the virus. I haven't heard of friends of friends even. Closest to me that I can think of is one death three steps removed. Must be many more though.

I've perfected my "cups" routine. (You'll only know what I mean if you have young children.) We could organize a simultaneous performance.

We're fine; thanks for asking.
The neighbours are in deep crisis. Shows what happens with these 24/7 cabin experiments. They are going nowhere.
As a precautionary measure, I have removed my chainsaws, hatchets and hand saws from the shed. City folk don't have this problem.
