this is the time for Very Long Staff contact sports.

I walked in the forest the other day with a very long staff, it kept the few I met on distance.

This guy need to learn new technique one should only grab one end, not the mid point..

if meeting people on a narrow path it is hard to keep 3 meter distance without a staff, with long staff just swing over!

A friend of ours has a production line/extrusion machines that produce plastic bottles and what-not. They are working shifts, day and night.

No more judo in exotic places, e.g. here in Upper West Side NYC which is in a Buddhist temple.

The rubber band exercise looks a bit tough on the knees.
I'm using resistance bands to torture ISayMoo (just some squats and lunges). I added something extra this week: holding weights in stretched arms during the whole exercise. He was complaining that it was too tough, but now I have bigger muscle cramps :-D

It's not too bad but the bands are too short and rigid. I am thinking of these from Neil Adams (I trust his advice).

All eco, fair trade, sustainable, Made in the UK, etc. products are out of stock.

So when ISayMoo complained that he needed new pajamas pants, I repaired the old ones - out of innate preference!
Me vs exploited Bangladeshi children 0:1 :-(

Many more people are becoming "cyclists." I don't mean they are actually getting on bicycles, I mean in the sense that they are becoming unpleasant, arrogant, know it alls, who will happily "run you down" (i.e. tell twitter) if you so much as look at a park bench wistfully.
