The rubber band exercise looks a bit tough on the knees.
I'm using resistance bands to torture ISayMoo (just some squats and lunges). I added something extra this week: holding weights in stretched arms during the whole exercise. He was complaining that it was too tough, but now I have bigger muscle cramps
Many more people are becoming "cyclists." I don't mean they are actually getting on bicycles, I mean in the sense that they are becoming unpleasant, arrogant, know it alls, who will happily "run you down" (i.e. tell twitter) if you so much as look at a park bench wistfully.
