Slow Day at the FT

Front page - "Nikkei was manipulated by Japan, say banks"Nooooo? You think?Publishing this in March would have been a blinding glimpse of the obvious, but publishing it 3 months after the fact is pathetic. Look out for tomorrow's "scoop":"Titanic - Iceberg Thought to Blame"

Today's FT headline is almost as good "Bank of Japan upgrades economic outlook." This is almost as laughable as a headline that would read "Investment bankers encourage investors to buy the securities they offer for sale"There is an American expression called "whistling past the graveyard."
