No comma.
"Here" is ambiguous. The issue is, it is a noun, adverb or locative preposition?

"In this article"  is unambiguous.

I like it.

I thought C++ guys were rather low-level.
I have to keep it to 1500 words; can you imagine?

That's a genuine question. BTW, I reached the level in my Norwegian course, where I make grammar errors translating to English. Buffer overflow :-(

cheaper is an adjective, not an adverb.
