Gap says sorry for T-shirts with "incorrect map" of China
The post on Weibo said the T-shirt, which was being sold in Canada, did not show Chinese-claimed territories, including south Tibet, Taiwan and islands in the South China Sea.

Chinese cannibalism

two examples are given in The Black Book of Communism
(a)  enemies of the state were served up in state cafeterias
(touched upon in the link above under Cannibalism for Idealogical Reasons)
(b) during the famine associated with the Great Leap Forward, the swapping of children so people could use them for food without committing the additional sin of eating their own (Horror of a Hidden Chinese Famine)

the US eatery PF Chang's is expanding into China
It's marketed as a "China Bistro" in the US but will be marketed as an "American Bistro" in China

Kinda old days thoughts, somewhere in between the Montesquieu's Persian Letters and the Adventures of Tintin. Fortunately times have changed and all countries now have their own "... has talent" tv show.

China: US can’t protect Taiwan from unification

Nixon's visit to China is rightly regarded as a triumph: communism was an existential threat to the US and Nixon succeeded in lessening that threat by pulling China away from the Soviets.
But there were many who thought Nixon gave away too much for too little.
The war in Vietnam was still underway and the chi-comms were aiding the NVA and vietcong.
And we threw our WW2 ally off the back of the bus. The nationalists had done the bulk of the fighting against the japanese while the communists hid in the hills. It's worth recalling that during the Doolittle Raid (the revenge attack following Pearl Harbor, bombers launched from an aircraft carrier that were unable to return to the carrier and had to land somewhere else), the Chinese nationalits allowed the US planes to land (and at great cost, the japanese killed tens of thousands of chinese in retaliation) while the soviets refused to flight the japanese (until right at the end of WW2 when they jumped in and seized several japanese possessions, which is what led to the division of korea) and the soviets actually imprisoned the crew of the one plane from the Doolittle rate that landed in Russia.
