America - Home of Bugs Bunny

Nope. As far as I know in New Mexico they call it "Albuquerque".I only passed through there one time though, on a cross country road trip - three days of coast to coast marathon driving!Strangest place: Oklahoma - just flat land, barbed wire fences and hail the size of golf balls.Most surprisingly beautiful place: Arizona with the desolate landscape, plateaus and buttes in the distance and, of all things, huge cactuses - I came to see them as the pine trees of the SouthWestOne other revelation: Big Sky in Texas - the first time you see this is truly amazing, if you are from a place that has many hills and valleys and lots of forests.You start to think differently with so much open space all around. The night skies are truly amazing.

This winter for skiing maybe Wyoming and Idaho. We'll see. Jackson Hole, Wyoming
