And that is right, but let's hold out for a bit - taking guesses on the discovery years for:
Uranus (the planet, you silly creatures!)
Neptune
Pluto

I'll let it float out here for a few hours and you can dream up the prizes for the best guesses.

Even with a generous extension, no responses. Hehe.
Well, the answers are:
Uranus - 1781
Neptune - 1846
Pluto - 1930
A nice collection of details here: Timeline of discovery of Solar System planets and their moons
I just came back from a drive through the countryside and the Moon was beautiful - seemed close and more than half full. (Like my glass always is!)
Enjoy your weekends - here it is time for planting bulbs, sitting around the fire pit on chilly evenings, and preparing for fall activities (wood splitting, apple picking, making cider doughnuts, roasting corn, etc!).

Drawing outside today and happy to have pastels - portable and versatile.

I like this kind of work right now: natural themes - flowers, trees, landscapes, but also abstraction and many colors blending together.

Cross reference to End of bitcoin; several bundles of these were auctioned off last month:

Just music, a wheel, and a 25 pound block of fresh white clay...

In the ‘80s I visited Romania and Bulgaria. In one of them, I forget which, I switched on the TV in my hotel room and there really was a report on tractor production.

No.

I do like a nice castle. But I'm not sure that one is to my taste!

Absolute XIX Century fairy tale castle. Better than Neuschwanstein.
