Garlic loses its flavour and texture when you keep it in the refrigerator. Put it in a dark airy space and it will last for months.BTW, those presenters are hilarious! I love Australians :-)

Really, just follow one bend in the road and you will find dark matter?

I would have thought at least a roundabout or long winding tunnel through a mountain!

Haha! very good.

When I was driving through Wales some years ago, had to pay careful attention.  Hard to pronounce or even remember the names of the towns and then you have these to contend with!

The ugly color is because Van Gogh did not use light-fast pigments in some paintings and they shifted to green over the years (the exact chemistry escapes me).
