What will be the impact of English (prob. not Scotland, etc.) fans being in France at the time of the EU Referendum? They will be young, working class, which way will they vote, or haven't they organized the postal/proxy vote? Should I be hoping that England are out early on so the fans return and vote?P

QuoteWhat will be the impact of English (prob. not Scotland, etc.) fans being in France at the time of the EU Referendum? The same impact that English fans have at any football match.BTW The Welsh and Norn Iron fans are there as well. I wonder how the latter behave themselves..The Scots are impeccably behaved. I was in Manx in 2012. A bad riot broke out that weekend.
