lance armstrong on twitterfroome and porte are seemingly far stronger in the mountains than armstrong ever was, and it was said that the only way armstrong could be that strong was if he was on drugs, so......

the last climb up the Alp d'Huez was great.. Nairo Quintana is fantastic little Colombian.
