It could be an autism spectrum issue. Dislike of physical contact is one of the symptoms.

Or it might just be caused by negative associations linked to bullying by a classmate or family member.

She had excuses and she chose to use them
She was the victim of unspeakable abuses
Her husband was violent, malicious and distant
Her kids now belong to the state of Massachusetts

How successful would the US be in business if they had less paperwork? Maybe if they had U.K. levels of paperwork...

In proud France, we don't even ask such questions.

Those written constitutions are a waste of space. See how they keep ppauper captive.

How many times have you brought up that clip, Cuch?!

I'm always amazed by how much paperwork you have to do to do business in the US, considering it's supposed to be the land of few regulations. [Insert chlorinated chicken reference here, Cuch!]

And their forms!!! Here's 1cm to put in your full postal address. And here's a quarter page for a check box. Oh, look a space...let's ask for some more irrelevant information! So it's a vertical space, never mind, just write vertically.

I've said it before, I think random paperwork is the future. When our jobs have all been taken by AI and robots the authorities will stop us descending into drink- and drug-fueled anarchy by deluging us with forms.

Some see a contract as the consummation, some see it as the beginning. That's the situation in the case here.

And for Chico, he does not believe in contracts.

when professa' wilmott mentioned "paperwork"  was he referring to government forms and regulations rather than a contract between 2 parties?
