Everyone's been anticipating a market crash for the last year I'm more optimistic - maybe some market correction at the most because of high IR, but what do I know - I live in the forest and just had three deer on my veranda. Do more with less! That’s what my CEO announced several months ago, and I concur it. I’m not worried about the unemployed Twitter guys - drinking hipsta coffee and patting each other on the backs are transferable skills if you’re a white middle-class bro. Personally, I didn’t experience more workload after that decision. Less meetings, fewer great ideas someone had on the loo, fewer parties… Being a very lazy person, over 3 yrs in one place (from startup to when we were bought a year ago), I reached the level of automatisation when crontab took over all my old tasks. I only check from time to time if the server and UPS are still connected, update something or take a look at time on the logs. I still have a lot of time and energy to explore new things.
