Perhaps the stupid question of the day is whether there is (or should be) any fundamental difference in how Osama bin Laden was treated and how that other guy deserves to be? On a related note, some news sources this week claimed that VP himself definitely wanted to be physically present at the next G20 meeting. This is admittedly 7 months out in time, but to be held in Indonesia, which is a long way from home.
