Cancelled lifesaving medical procedures, murders or suicides caused by domestic violence, etc., but then again less deaths in traffic accidents and at work - I wonder how this will add up to "squashing the sombrero" for 3 more weeks.

Who are we believing in the saga of the PPE procurement? The government or the media?
With such a track record, they should go on Newsnight. Nothing to lose.

Who needs News of the World when you have the Telegraph?

Seems the bespoke indiscretion took place March 30. Is he a fall guy? Looks like it.

Timing is everything.

"Jay Kay was forced to deny that it wasn't him in the Capitol."

Media never miss an opportunity to encourage hysteria. Are they worried that there'll be no news once Trump leaves, Brexit is over and the vaccines work?

Media are doing a good job - if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't know who the guy was.

That's disputable. And he's actually past the limit of times and people to which I can connect. Roxette, Phil Collins, Tina Turner, Queen, A-ha, ... After them, dritt.

I loved Bing Crosby since little girl, when I couldn't drink whiskey. Even Sinatra's dancing didn't steal my heart. BTW, we are both past theirs time.

In the mid 60s I used to sing on stage and all the song were from Broadway shows, so not too long ago. I wasn't much of a dancer -in contrast to Paul - but I had a good repertoire of German iiederen.

Singing or dancing - ultimately it matter where you ended up in your life.
