Ryan vs. Hillary 2016

July 7th, 2016, 8:51 am

BJ Clinton's CIA Director John M DeutschQuoteDeutch left the CIA on December 15, 1996 and soon after it was revealed that several of his laptop computers contained classified information wrongfully labeled as unclassified. (snip) President Clinton pardoned Deutch on his last day in office. Deutch had agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor for mishandling government secrets, but President Clinton pardoned him before the Justice Department could file the case against him.

"He carried such classified materials on his unauthorized media when he traveled off-base in Afghanistan and, ultimately, carried those materials back to the United States at the end of his deployment."Like Clinton, Nishimura admitted to destroying "a large quantity of classified materials."Like Clinton, the FBI investigation into his actions "did not reveal evidence that Nishimura intended to distribute classified information to unauthorized personnel."Unlike Clinton, he was sentenced to two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and forfeiture of personal media containing classified materials. He was also "ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance."[/q[No malicious intent, so why doesn't Comey's argument apply to Nihimura ?QuoteComey argued that based on "the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent? and how similar situations have been handled in the past," "no reasonable prosecutor" would even consider bringing a case like Clinton's to court.

Situation with Hillary remind me Hollywood movie with happy end. The plot of the movie is : " The police stopped the car which did not stop at the 'Stop' sign and wrote the ticket. Hillary came to the court. Her Husband is already talked to the judge. Policeman came to the court and wishes to dismiss his ticket finding excuse that Hillary did see 'Stop' sign. Hillary did not recognised that she is guilty because she did not make a violation and judge makes the decision "not guilty".

Among all the disturbing things going on in the world, it is rather heart warming to watch the Republican party blow itself up. I am looking forward to an open carry convention in Cleveland!
