Is 'Cassie' a first name that sounds so much American that every Asian migrating to the US ends being named as such?

U.S. approves Argentina to join biofuel credit program"pave the wave"? don't we rather say "pave the way" instead?

it is just a comment.it happens i'm noted down and/or that my messages are deleted at stackoverflow while i seem to say right.eg just now i commented here that the solution put forward doesn't work with python 3.4. i added that i add to 'turn around' a bit, replacing StringIO with BytesIO. That cost me something like 5 points and my comment was deleted.I mean I'm not going to argue that I saved the world with my input. But my reply was not offensive at all to anyone and my reply was not 'off topic'.Hummm ...
