In bad taste, indeed.

I'm not sure what line has been crossed. And we shouldn't edit/ban for bad taste. Nevertheless, the name has been removed. But I am uncomfortable with this.

Do we have a thread on ties (the thing around the neck that makes people look wealthier), please?

I have not worn a tie for well over a year and frankly struggle to envision the circumstances under which I would wear one again. Although I guess this comment isn’t very meta.

Pretty much the same here. I mean I'm casual style all the time, but yeah...lockdown and WFH has made it worse!

Wait! Here I thought we were in agreement, and then you say “worse.” I’m thinking “better!”

In fact, I fear that I may have to wear long pants again - even in summer!

hello friends. Don't we have a OT thread on micro independent States? I mean I think someone (aka ppauper?) once posted an article/photos of something like a decommissionned seaborn oil platform that someone declared as his own independent country. I would be grateful if someone could share the url.

Search for "Sealand" - thread title is something like "we're out to sea at Sealand..."
