In the USA, 1979 the rock poet Lydia Lunch started the No Wave band Teenagee Jesus and the Jerks (she later played with Sonic Youth, N. Cave, RS Rowland, .. and released the great album "Queen of Siam")The closet - TJatJAlso late 70s Elliott Sharp became a central figure of experimental music ranging int noise and No wave rockDigital -Elliot SharpThis was a quick tour through one of my favorite genres where 70s were the beginning and 80s the best decennium. But, I know Cuch wanted rock
