I have talked to several friends in the past months about my issue of reduced Vo2 Max as compared to before covid (and after getting it by it at least twice) as well as my lower heartbeat a I run (all things being equal about 20ppm slower), and several have told me they are going through the same issue. Other have told me they heard about it. Is it really bad? Shall I let it like it is?Have you friends managed to maintain your VO2Max from before covid?
