He is very condescending to old people.
My mother-in-law is a recent convert to melodic metal head banging.

he's also passive aggressive

You are both all wrong. He's making fun of the American film industry.

He couldn’t very well make fun of the EU (sans UK) film industry because it doesn’t exist.

anyhoo his analogy of going to the movie theater and there being only 2 worn-out movies playing (reservoir dogs from 1992 and texas chainsaw massacre from 1974)  probably sums up the way most brits feel when they vote in a general election

One of them is the Italian Lino Ventura who started as a boxer and prizefighter wrestler.
Maybe the others are his sparring partners?

Not many English-speaking people speak French.

I feel it's the best thread to post this (this statistical issue has been addressed not so long ago in the forum on a different occasion): https://twitter.com/Averisera_Ltd/status/966072798434217988

In One Tweet, Kylie Jenner Wiped Out $1.3 Billion of Snap's Market Value
sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me... ugh this is so sad.

No public morality body seems to be watching those girls who expose their rack & crack all over the internet. But, hopefully, the SEC is investigating this case.

Now that beautiful model wife, to catch whom he created the whole app (this is the only sense of the app's existence I managed to come up with) may dump him :-( I will use Snapchat today - to their happiness.

Anyway, I don't know how to use Twitter (for a long time I thought that Twitter and Angry Birds were the same "thing") and what is Twitter's netiquette. I've noticed tagoma's profile has a footnote "Retweets, mentions and links are not endorsements". Does it mean that I endorse people by "re-twitting" their content?
