Matrix algebra, PCA, linear regression, best of them know ARMA/ARIMA and logistic regression... That looks like everything. I would say undergraduate level.

Apropos the thread title, it will be very interesting to see what happens when the Delaware Court of Chancery finds that the musk has to acquire Twitter for $44 bn. My best guess is that he will tell the judge to go fuck herself. And then there will be a standoff between the richest man in the world (but note the thread title) and the most powerful corporate law court in the world. I’m rooting for the court!
